肝素提取纯化技术研究进展

摘    要:肝素是一类结构异常复杂的糖胺聚糖混合物,因具有多种生物学功能,其提取纯化方法一直是各国学者研究的热点。文章概述了肝素的结构特点及理化性质,对肝素提取纯化技术进行了综述,重点阐述了分离纯化技术的最新研究进展,包括凝胶过滤层析、离子交换层析、亲和层析及毛细血管电泳等,展望了肝素未来的研究趋势。

Abstract:Heparin is a class of very complex structures mixed of glycosaminoglycans.Because of a variety of biological functions,its extraction and purification methods has been a hot research scholars all over the world.The structural characteristics of heparin and the physical and chemical properties were summarized,extraction and purification technology of heparin were reviewed,focusing on separation and purification technology,the latest research,including gel filtration chromatography,ion exchange chromatography,affinity chromatography and capillary electrophoresis and look forward to future research trends of heparin.
