摘 要: | 比较系统地研究了超临界CO2流体技术萃取姜油树脂的工艺条件,探索了工业化条件下萃取压力、温度、时间、CO2流量、物料含水量和粒度对姜油树脂萃取率的影响。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取姜油树脂的工艺切实可行,萃取率可达5%以上。

Abstract: | The technological conditions of ginger oleoresin e xtraction fromginger powder with supercritical CO2 fluid were studied systema tically.The influence of extracting pressure,temperature,time,CO2 flow rate,wa ter content and material size on extracting rate of ginger oleoresin was explore d under the industrial conditions.The results showed that:The technology of supe rcritical CO2 for extracting ginger oleoresin is practical.The extracting rate can be up to above 5%. |
