摘    要:用微波辅助提取滇桂艾纳香多糖(Blumearipaiapolysaacharide,BRP)首先通过单因素实验选取影响因素与水平,然后在单因素实验的基础上采用三因素三水平的响应面分析,依据回归分析确定最佳提取工艺条件为:微波提取时间11.0min,提取温度75.0℃,水料比37∶1,采用该工艺条件,提取3次,BRP的提取率达到2.44%。

Abstract:The microwave-assisted extraction technology was used to extract polysaccharide from the Blumea ripaia.The experiment factors and levels were firstly selected by one-factor test,then the method of response surface analysis with three factors and three levels was adopted and the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis.The results showed that the optimum conditions with the microwave-assisted extraction technique of polysaccharide from the Blumea ripaia...
