苜蓿、黄芪、地衣芽孢杆菌胞外多糖体外抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:通过1,1-二苯基-2-苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基和羟自由基的清除实验研究了苜蓿多糖、黄芪多糖和地衣芽孢杆菌TS-01胞外多糖对自由基的清除能力并比较了三者的清除效果。结果表明:三种多糖均具有清除DPPH·及羟自由基的作用,并且随着多糖浓度的增加,清除DPPH·和羟自由基的能力也逐渐增强,呈现明显的剂量-效应关系。苜蓿多糖、黄芪多糖和地衣芽孢杆菌TS-01胞外多糖对DPPH自由基的清除率达50%时所需多糖浓度(IC50)分别为:0.251、0.851、0.412mg/mL,即清除DPPH自由基的能力由强到弱依次为:苜蓿多糖>胞外多糖>黄芪多糖。对于羟自由基,三种多糖的IC50分别为:0.573、0.907、0.734mg/mL,三者清除羟自由基能力的强弱顺序与对DPPH·的清除一致。
