| 摘 要： | 通过活性炭初步纯化玉米肽工艺条件进行研究。结果表明,最优工艺条件为在pH为3,吸附温度为30℃,吸附剂用量为1:10,吸附时间为2h。通过该研究可对酶解所得玉米肽进行初步分离纯化,并为选择较好的脱苦脱色吸附剂提供理论参考。 |
