鱼鳞胶原蛋白水解度两种测定方法的比较

摘    要:应用双指示剂甲醛滴定法和双缩脲比色法两种测定方法,对鱼鳞胶原蛋白的酶解后的水解度进行了检测。结果表明,双缩脲比色法测定的水解度比较直观地反映了从鱼鳞中酶解得到的胶原蛋白的多少,对于实验后期的误差分析有较大的帮助。

Abstract:The two methods of formol-titration and biuret colorimet were compared to determine degree of hydrolysis of fish scale collagen.The result showed that,the amount of collagen was a little more directly showed by the method of biuret colorimet than by the method of formol-titration,which may provide great help for the deviation analysis in following experiments.
