玉米芯多糖的提取及其单糖组成研究

摘    要:对玉米芯中水溶性多糖的热水浸提及纯化工艺和其单糖组成进行了研究。结果表明,玉米芯多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料水比1∶25,温度90℃,时间2.5h。在此条件下,玉米芯多糖提取率可达13.18%。纯化后的玉米芯多糖经紫外光谱分析不含蛋白质和核酸,其纯度为87.8%。通过对玉米芯多糖酸水解液进行薄层层析(TLC)分析,确定了其单糖组分主要为木糖、树胶醛糖和葡萄糖。

Abstract:Extraction in hot water and purification technology and composition of water-solubility polysaccharide in corn-cob was studied.The results showed that the optimum process was as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1 :25,temperature 90℃ and the extraction time 2.5h.The extraction rate was 13.18%.The purified polysaccharide was examined with ultraviolet spectral analysis without any protein, nuclear acid.And the purity was 8?.8%.After acid hydrolysis,corn-cob polysaccharides were analyzed by thin-layer chromatography(TLC), the composition of it was xylose,arabinose and glucose.
