摘    要:在体外模拟人体消化环境,研究绿茶浸提液对胆酸盐的等温吸附性质,比较不同茶浸提液对胆酸盐的结合能力,同时探讨了茶多酚含量与茶浸提液结合胆酸盐的相关关系。结果表明,茶浸提液对胆酸盐结合速度较快,Freundilich等温式、Langmiur等温式均能良好地反映绿茶浸提液对胆酸盐的结合;绿茶浸提液结合胆酸盐的能力最强,其结合牛磺胆酸钠、甘氨胆酸钠、胆酸钠的量分别是考来烯胺的38.4%、46.5%和42.0%;其次是半发酵茶(铁观音,35.2%、41.7%和42.6%)、发酵茶(普洱茶、滇红茶和六堡茶)。不同茶浸提液结合胆酸盐能力与其茶多酚含量呈显著性相关关系,结果初步证明了茶叶及其中的功能性成分对人体的降血脂功能。
