| 摘 要： | 通过薄层层析和硅胶柱层析以及HPLC纯度检测实验研究发现,以氯仿与甲醇之比为9∶1的常压硅胶柱层析的洗脱溶剂,硅胶吸附剂与样品量之比50∶1,经硅胶柱层析纯化可以使白藜芦醇粗品的纯度从39%提高到99%以上。
