| 摘 要： | 对测定还原型谷胱甘肽-四氧嘧啶305法的改进。适合于GSH浓度介于0.02￣0.10mg/mL的样品分析,回归方程为:y=5.77x,R2=0.9970,最大误差不超过4%。该法可用于发酵液中GSH的直接测定,结果满意。

| Abstract: | The article is about a modified method of tetraox-pyrimidine 305. There is a good linearity from 0.02mg/mL to 0.10mg/mL glutathione.Regression equation: y=5.77x, R2=0.9970,and maximum deviation is less than 4%. The method has been applied to the determination of GSH in fermentation with satisfactory results. |
