复合氨基酸螯合物鉴定方法的研究

摘    要:从氨基酸螯合物的国内外研究现状和进展出发,针对复合氨基酸螯合物样品中成分复杂的实际情况,重点研究出一套定性和定量的鉴定方法,并且讨论了该方法的优缺点。该方法取得了一定的成效:(1)选用无水乙醇对氨基酸螯合物样品进行分离纯化;(2)Na2S化学法和EDTA滴定法可以有效地鉴定复合氨基酸螯合物。

Abstract:According to the internal and outernal research of present situation and progresses about amino acid chelates,and in the light of the actual situation of complicate ingredients in compound amino acid chelates samples,the thesis laid emphasis on carrying out a set of methods of identifying the nature and chelated percent,and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the methods.Certain accomplishments have been achieved:(1)choosing ethanol without H2O can separate and purify amino acid chelates samples;(2)Na2S chemical method and EDTA titration method can identify compound amino acid chelates samples effectively.
