摘    要:分析了20多年来我国野生食用菌的研发情况,重点从野生食用菌资源及分布、研究开发、生产加工和出口贸易等方面进行了阐述,并分析了目前野生食用菌开发利用中存在的问题,提出了一些建议,以期为加快食用菌产业发展提供一些思路。

Abstract:It has been analyzed for the development situation of wild edible fungi in more than 20 years.We have summarized main species of wild edible fungi,spread situation,research development,processing and export trade.Some suggestion have been put forward to about problem of wild edible fungi development and utilization and we hope these suggestion can accelerate the mushroom industry development.
