| 摘 要： | 研究了香水莲花醇提物对超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基的清除作用和对脂质过氧化反应(LPO)的抑制作用,测定了其还原能力及总抗氧化能力。结果表明:香水莲花醇提物对超氧阴离子自由基及羟自由基有清除作用;对脂质过氧化反应有较好的抑制作用;具有较大的还原能力和总抗氧化能力。

| Abstract: | An all-round evaluation for the antioxidant activity of the ethanol extract from the flower of Nymphaea hybrid was carried out with that of ascorbic acid as the control.The evaluation indexes included the clean-up rate of the towards superoxidized anionic radicals,hydroxyl radicals,and the antioxidant activity towards the peroxidize of lipids,the reducing ability,total antioxidant capacity.Results indicate that the ethanol extract from the flower of Nymphaea hybrid possesses rather high and multiple antioxi... |
