摘    要:随着安全健康意识提高,食品中农药残留问题更加受到重视,快速检测技术的应用和研究备受关注。综述活体检测法、化学检测法、酶抑制法、免疫分析法、仪器分析法等目前研究和应用较为广泛的农药残留快速检测技术,并分析各种技术的优缺点及其应用前景。

Abstract:The problem about the food safety such as pesticide remains in food is more and more serious, and therefore much attention has been paid to the application of rapid detection. Rapid detections for pesticide remains that are widely used now such as vital analysis, chemical analysis, enzyme inhibiting analysis, immunity analysis, instrumental analysis are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of each technic, as well as their future development are also discussed.
