摘    要:狭叶荨麻东北资源丰富,没有被开发利用,其富含黄酮类化合物,黄酮类化合物是新发现的人体必需的天然营养素,而定性定量检测是对其进行分类和质量评价的前提条件,狭叶荨麻黄酮化合物可用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3比色法,用芦丁为标准对照品,于波长510nm下进行测定,此种分光光度法具有较好的重现性、准确性,但测定过程操作应迅速,最好在5min内完成。

Abstract:Urtica angstifolia is rich in flavonoids compound and rich resources in the northeast of China, but it is not developed and utilize. The flavonoids are the newly discovered essential natural nutrient of human being. In the paper, we established a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Urtica angstifolia, and provided basis for the study of its quality. The contents of total flavonoids in Urtica angstifolia were compared with Rutin and determined by UV-spectrophotometry with a detection wavelength at 510nm. The method is simple, highly accurate, reproducible and can be applied to determine total flavonoid in Urtica accurately. But the determination process operation should be rapid, should better complete in 5min.
