| 摘 要： | 利用新兴的热带水果—火龙果为原料,进行了火龙果加工适应性的探讨性试验,并研究了火龙果系列食品的加工技术。结果表明,火龙果非常适合于加工罐头食品,火龙果系列加工食品均能较好地保持鲜果的质量和口味。

| Abstract: | Making use the newly arisen and tropical fruit-hylocereus as raw material, experiment on hylocereus processing property, and study out the processing technology of the series hylocereus foods. The result shows, hylocereus is very suitable for processing the canned food; the series processed hylocereus foods can all keep the quantity and taste of the fresh fruit. |
