| 摘 要： | 对翻白草营养成分和部分药用成分进行测定,实验结果显示:翻白草地上部分(包括茎、叶)、地下部分(块状根)均含有淀粉、可溶性糖、脂肪、VC、蛋白质等营养成分,除VC和蛋白质外,其他营养成分的地下部分含量高于地上部分。翻白草地上部分及地下部分熊果酸、鞣质、黄酮的含量分别为320.1mg/g、257.4mg/g、51.0mg/g、82.7mg/g、20.60mg/g和5.11mg/g,本研究为翻白草的进一步开发利用提供一些新的数据。

| Abstract: | The contents of nutrient components and medicine components of potentilla discolor bge were determined. The experiment results show that aboveground part (Including stem and leaf) and underground part (Tuberous root) of Potentilla Discolor Bge all contain nutrient components, such as starch, soluble sugar, fat, Vc, protein. The content of nutrient components in underground part is higher than that in aboveground except that Vc and protein. The contents of ursolic acid, tannide and flavone in aboveground part and underground part of potentilla discolor bge are 320.1mg/g, 257.4mg/g, 51.0mg/g, 82.7mg/g, 20.60mg/g, 5.11mg/g, respectively. To exploit and utilize potentilla discolor bge, this paper provides new data. |
