超薄速溶口香膜片的研制

摘    要:介绍一种超薄、速溶、不含胶姆基的新颖口香糖的配方和制作工艺。以黄原胶、卡拉胶作为成膜的主要原料,以AK糖和阿斯巴甜作为甜味剂,以桉叶油和薄荷脑等作为风味剂,并辅以葡酸铜等食品强化剂,经一定的科学配比和制作,所得膜片外观透明有韧性,能在口腔内即刻溶解达到清爽口腔快速祛除异味之功效,与传统口香糖相比,因不留残渣更具环保优势。

Abstract:This paper studied the technics and ingredient of a new type of filmy cachou. The xanthangum and carrageenam was the main agent. The production applied aspartames and potassium as sweetener and encalyptol and menthol as flavouring agent. The copper gluconate was added as nutrition intensifier. We could get a transparent film via an appropriate proportioning and technics. Compared with the traditional chewing gum, the transparent film dissolves instantly and remains no residue in mouth, making us feel tasty and refreshing at the same time. No residue also makes it beneficial to our environment protection.
