磷酸处理提纯魔芋葡甘聚糖的研究

摘    要:在魔芋葡甘聚糖提纯过程中使用磷酸,从产品得率、溶胶性能、工艺难易等方面与其它提纯方式进行比较。结果表明,磷酸工艺能显著提高产品得率,对产品的水溶胶黏性等性状影响不大,工艺也较简单。

Abstract:Phosphoric acid was used during the processing of purifying konjal glucanmanran,the product yield was compared with those treated by other means,mainly in productivity,gelsolubility and difficulty in engineering.It shows phosphoric acid treatment can improve productirity and has less influence on product's characteristic.The technics is simple too.
