摘    要:以蔗髓为原材料,按照影响酸催化水解的主要影响因素:水解温度(A)、水解时间(B)、酸浓度(C)、液料比(D)先设计单因素试验,然后以L-阿拉伯糖得率为响应值,采用中心组合设计,通过响应曲面法优化酸催化水解的工艺,模拟得到二次多项数学模型,并确定最佳工艺为:温度115.00℃,时间3.87h,酸浓度1.00%,液料比16:1。在此条件下,L-阿拉伯糖得率可达到4.56%。

Abstract:The extraction technology of L-arabinose from pith sugarcane meal was studied by response surface methodology,on the base of single factor investigation,effects of extraction temperature,extraction time and concentration of hydrochloric acid as well as ratio of water to material.The predictive polynomial quadratic equations model was developed by response surface ananlysis.The optimized extraction conditions arc as follows:extraction temperature 115.00 ℃,extraction time 3.87 h,concentration of hydrochloric acid 1.00%,ratio of water to material 16:1(w/v).Under these conditions,the yield of the polysaccharides is up to 4.56%.
