摘    要:祁菊微波水提工艺的优化,采取L9(34)正交优化试验,以祁菊总黄酮及木犀草苷提取率为指标,水为溶剂,考察料液比、提取时间和提取温度等因素对提取率的影响,并与水回流法进行比较。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间3min、料液比1:25、提取温度85℃、提取2次,此条件下总黄酮和木犀草苷提取率分别为65.02%、85.77%;水回流法总黄酮、木犀草苷提取率分别为66.12%、85.37%。微波水提法可以在较短时间和较低温度下达到水回流下的提取率,从而获得一条高效率、经济安全的提取工艺路线。

Abstract:To optimize microwave extraction technique of Qi chrysanthemum,the optimum extraction process is optimized with orthogonal test.Experiments are made by using L9(34) orthogonal design with extraction rate of total flavonoids and luteolin as indexes,water as solvent,investigating the influence of the ratio of solid to liquid,extracting time,extracting temperature and so on.In comparison with the water refluxing extraction technology.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are both that the extraction time 3 min,liquid-solid ratio 1:25,extraction temperature 85 ℃,extracted twice.Under this condition,total flavonoids and luteolin extraction rates are 65.02% and 85.77%.The total flavonoids and luteolin’s extraction rates of water refluxing method are 66.12% and 85.37%.Water-extraction by microwave method achieve the extraction rate of water refluxing method in less time and lower temperature,thus a new extraction technology for flavonoids in Qi chrysanthemum with high efficiency,economic and security was estabilshed.
