摘    要:高温高压下温度梯度法合成宝石级金刚石时,合成周期较长。单晶种合成效率低下,通过多晶种法可以直接有效地提高合成效率,因此文章对多晶种生长宝石级金刚石进行了研究,在高温高压条件下成功实现了多颗粒2-3mm级金刚石单晶的合成,优质单晶的平均增重速度最快可达1.88mg/h。
