摘    要:陶瓷cBN高速砂轮一般都采用金属基体材料,为了保证基体强度,改善应力分布,获得安全有效的砂轮定心及安装形式,对其基体材料进行选择和截形优化非常关键。文章对各种金属材料的物理机械性能进行了对比,确定了适合高速磨削的砂轮基体材料;同时,列举了三种规格的砂轮基体,可以根据需要进行选择。

Abstract:Metal matrix material has usually been applied to vitrified bond cBN high-speed grinding wheel. In order to guarantee the matrix strength, improve stress distribution, and obtain safe with efficient grinding wheei centering and fixing form, it is very critical to choose the matrix material and optimize its design. It has compared different mechanical properties of different metallic materials, and decided the matrix material for high-speed grinding wheel. Meanwhile, three sizes of grinding wheel matrix have been listed, which can be chosen to meet different demands.
