摘    要:研究聚芳噁二唑(POD)纤维的紫外辐射老化性能,初步探讨其分散染料染色对抗紫外老化性能的影响。随着紫外辐射时间的延长,纤维的断裂强力、断裂伸长率及浓硫酸溶液黏数均呈严重的下降趋势。经48 h紫外辐射后,纤维表面由光滑变得粗糙,并产生一定的裂痕。该纤维经分散染料染色后,其抗紫外老化性能得到一定改善。同类染料染色时,染料用量越大,对纤维抗紫外老化性能的改善效果越明显,虽上染百分率有所降低,但总体效果比较理想。

Abstract:The ultraviolet aging behavior of polyoxadiazole fiber exposed to artificial environment and the effect of disperse dyeing on the anti UV properties of polyoxadiazole fiber are studied. The results reveal that after the UV irradiation aging, the breaking strength, breaking elongation and the viscosity number of concentrated sulfuric acid solution of polyoxadiazole fiber decrease significantly with the extension of aging time. Fiber surface becomes rough with craze after UV irradiation for 48 h. The anti UV properties of polyoxadiazole fiber improves considerably after disperse dyeing, and the improvement becomes better with the increase of dye dosage, though there is a minuscule reduce in the dye uptake.
