| 摘 要： | 采用CN型无碱活性染料,对无缝内衣产品进行一浴法染色.比较了传统二浴法工艺与一浴法工艺的染色处方、工艺流程以及加工成本,并统计了一浴法染色后的织物尺寸和色牢度指标.试验结果表明,一浴法染色不仅可以达到快速染色的目的,而且可以节约能源,降低生产成本.

| Abstract: | The CN type reactive dyes were used to multi-fiber seamless underwear dyeing in one bath. The differences between conventional two bath dyeing process and one bath dyeing process were compared, concerning dyeing formula, process procedure and production cost. The fabric dimension and color fastness of one bath dyed fabric were statistical. The results showed that one bath dyeing process could improve dyeing rate, as well as save energy and lower production cost. |
