| 摘 要： | 应用高牢度酸性固色剂DM-2539D对锦氨纶织物进行固色处理,优化的整理工艺为:DM-2539D质量分数4%(omf),浴比1:10,调节pH值至4.5,于80℃浸渍固色20 min。与市售同类产品对比,DM-2539D处理的锦氨织物经高温定形后的固色效果更优异。织物固色后经高温定形,其耐皂洗、耐汗渍、耐水渍、耐海水色牢度均能达到4?5级,且固色变色小,不影响手感。

| Abstract: | The fixing agent DM-2539D for acid dyes is used to improve the color fastness of polyamide spandex fabric.The optimized fin ishing process is fixing age nt DM-2539D concen tration 4%,bath ratio 1:10,pH value 4.5,fixation at 80℃ for 20 min.Compared with similar commercial products,the fixation results of nylon/spandex fabric is good with DM-2539D after high temperature setting.The nylon/spaindex fabric can reach high color fastnesses to soaping,perspiration,water and sea water of Grade 4?5,and little change in color and hand feel. |
