摘    要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚二元醇(N210)和丙烯酸酯类单体为主要原料,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、蓖麻油(CO)、自制超支化聚氨酯(HBPU)为交联剂,合成了水性聚氨酯(PU)/聚丙烯酸酯(PA)互穿网络聚合物(IPN).试验结果表明,HBPU型IPN的耐热性稍差,但反应黏度较低,反应较易进行;随着PA含量的增大,乳液粒径增大,胶膜的断裂伸长率降低,耐热性能越好.

Abstract:Interpenetrating polymer network(IPN)of waterborne polyurethane(PU)/polyacrylate ester(PA) is prepared with tolylene diisocyanate(TDI),polyether diols N210,acrylate monomer as raw materials,and trimethylolpropane(TMP),castor oil(CO),and self-made hyperbranched polyurethane(HBPU) as a crosslinking agent individually.The results show that the heat resistance of HBPU-IPN is slightly inferior,but the reaction is easy to carry out because of lower viscosity.The higher the PA content is,the better the heat resistance is owing to big particle size and low breaking elongation.
