| 摘 要： | 比较了经轴染色工艺流程与筒子染色工艺流程的差别，详细介绍了经轴染色工艺的操作重点，如纱线密度、染色浴比、染色流量、正反泵循环，并给出了以上工艺参数的最佳设置。实践证明，该染色工艺染得的纱线质量明显优于筒子染色工艺，且经济效益可观。

| Abstract: | The process differences between beam dyeing and cheese dyeing were compared. The points for operation of beam dyeing process were described in detail, such as yarn density, liquor ratio and flow of dyeing, pump cycling and their best index. As a result, the beam dyeing process had better quality than that of cheese dyeing and also remarkable economic benefits. |
