| 摘 要： | 对涤纶及涤棉混纺染色织物热迁移牢度提升剂 (分散固色剂 )ThermofixTMR TMF以及特殊净洗剂Span one进行了应用试验 ,由此制订出涤棉分散 /活性染色新工艺 ;分析了TMR TMF和Span one对涤纶及其混纺织物染色牢度的影响 ;对涤棉一浴二步法和二浴二步法工艺条件、染色牢度、生产时间及成本等进行了比较。

| Abstract: | The application tests of Thermofix TMR TMF (disperse fixing agent) and special soaping agent Span one were carried out on polyester/ cotton blended fabric, therefore, new technological process with disperse/ reactive dyes in one bath was defined, effects of TMR TMF and Span one on the color fastness were analyzed. Process conditions, various color fastness, production cycle, as well as the cost were compared between the one bath two step process and two bath two step process. |
