摘    要:采用宽温退浆酶TC-200,退煮酶BJ-2与双氧水低温促进剂BJ-22复配,对粘胶/亚麻织物进行退浆和冷堆煮漂前处理,以替代传统的高温浓碱煮练和氯漂工艺.经大生产证明,粘胶/亚麻织物经生物酶两步法前处理,毛效较传统工艺更高,强力损伤下降,白度稍低,但生产成本降低,生产效率提高,且污染减少.

Abstract:Desizing and cold pad-batch scouring and bleaching of viscose / linen fabric were carried out with the combination of desizing enzyme TC-200, desizing-scouring enzyme B J-2 and hydrogen peroxide promoter B J-22 under low temperature. Com-pared with traditional high temperature concentrated alkali scouring and hypochlorite bleaching process, results showed that viscose/linen fabric with two-step enzyme pretreatment had better capillary effect, less strength loss and a bit lower white-ness. The two-step process featured higher productivity and reduced pollution and cost.
