锦纶织物前处理工艺

摘    要:对比了各种前处理工艺对锦纶织物退浆率、白度、上染率、防水性、柔软性、匀染性等的影响。结果表明,采用碱氧-Na2CO3前处理工艺,即NaOH 15g/L,H2O2 8g/L,Na2CO3 10g/L,JFC 3g/L,高效精练剂10g/L,耐强碱氧漂稳定剂12g/L,效果最好,且有很好的上染百分率和匀染性。

Abstract:The influence of pretreatment process of nylon fabric to desizing percentage, whiteness, dye-uptake, water proof, softness and level dyeing property was compared. As a result, the alkali-oxygen-Na2CO3 pretreatment process has best effect and excellent dye-uptake and levelness, that is NaOH 15 g/L, H2O28 g/L, Na2CO3 10 g/L, JFC 3 g/L, high efficient scouring agent 10 g/L, oxygen bleaching stabilizer resistance to strong alkali 12 g/L.
