| 摘 要： | 采用六氟锆酸铵对真丝进行阻燃整理。通过对整理液pH值、整理时间、温度和添加剂等因素的研究，并测定真丝上金属盐含量以及强力、白度、剩炭率和限氧指数等，优选出一套适用于真丝织物的阻燃整理工艺。整理后织物阻燃性能得到一定程度的提高，且不影响织物手感，约有3％左右的锆盐吸附在纤维内部。

| Abstract: | The paper mainly studied flame retardancy of silk fabric treated with ammonium hexaflurorzirconate (NH 4) 2ZrF 6]. Via studying the factors such as pH value, time, temperature and additive, and testing the indicators such as salt content, breaking strength, whiteness, char residual yield, limited oxygen index (LIO), the optimum process is determined. The finished fabric features enhanced flame retardancy and handle, only about 3% (NH 4) 2ZrF 6]was absorbed in the fiber. |
