天然纤维织物转移印花研究进展

摘    要:转移印花具有无水或低水污染的优势,将其应用于天然纤维织物,符合国家对印染行业节能减排的政策要求。天然纤维织物转移印花有两种转印机理,一种是利用分散染料的升华进行转印,为实现升华转移印花,可将天然纤维或分散染料进行改性,文中综述了改性的原理及方法;另一种是参考活性染料传统印花的原理进行转印,按转印方式可分为湿法转移印花和干法转移印花,文中介绍了这两种工艺的印花原理和技术特点。

Abstract:With the advantage of non or low water pollution, the application of transfer printing for natural fabrics conforms to the demand of saving energy and reducing discharge. There are two principles about the transfer printing of natural fiber fabrics. The first principle relies on the sublimation of disperse dyes. To realize the sublimation transfer printing, the natural fiber or disperse dyes are subjected to the modification, the theory and methods of the modification are summarized. The second principle bases on the traditional printing using reactive dyes, this transfer process can be performed under wet or dry condition. The theory and critical points about the two kinds of transfer processes are introduced.
