石墨烯在纺织材料基透明电极中的进展

摘    要:石墨烯柔性复合透明导电复合材料具有优异的导电性能、透光性能、导热性能以及机械性能。文中介绍了石墨烯的结构、物理性质、制备方法以及在光电领域中的应用,指出了目前基于PET薄膜石墨烯材料研究中的不足以及未来发展方向。

Abstract:Graphene has excellent electrical conductive and thermal conductivity, transmittance property and mechanical performances. The structure, physical properties and preparation methods of graphenen are introduced, as well as its applications in the optoelectronic field. The deficiencies and the future direction of research are pointed out.
