摘    要:采用纳米级TiO2悬浮法光催化氧化处理直接耐晒翠蓝染液,讨论pH值、催化剂用量、染料浓度和脱色时间等因素对脱色与降解的影响。试验发现,纳米TiO2对染料的脱色效率高,降解彻底,是一种很有前途的印染废水处理方法。

Abstract:Nano TiO 2 powder, as the photocatalyst, has exclusive ability on the degradation of phthalocyanine dyes. Factors exerting effects on decolorization and degradation, such as pH value, catalyst add on, dyestuff concentration and decolorizing time were discussed. Results showed that TiO 2 powder could reduce not only the color of the solution, but also the TOC and the molecule of the dye. Therefore, this new method features a bright future in the disposing of dyehouse waste.
