纱线漂染废水余热回收与再利用技术

摘    要:以浙江省嘉兴市洪合镇某染纱厂工艺为例,采用余热梯级回收和梯级利用技术改造方案,对漂染厂废水余热进行回收和再利用。与现有工艺模式相比,全年运行费用降低了83%,初投资回收周期仅2个月。

Abstract:Taking the hank dyeing process of the plant in Jiaxing city as an example, the technical reformation of cascade heat recovery and cascade reuse of waste water from bleaching and dyeing plant is adopted. The annual operating cost is reduced by 83% and initial investment payback period is only 2 months compared with the existing process model economy. It will play a good demonstration role in the wastewater energy saving reform construction.
