彩色棉中色素对纤维微结构的影响

摘    要:应用X-射线衍射、固体核磁共振(CP/MAS^13C NMR)等现代测试手段对彩色棉进行研究。结果表明:色素的存在影响了纤维结晶的形成,去除色素有利于提高结晶度、增大结晶尺寸;彩色棉纤维中色素主要分布在胞腔内,部分在次生胞壁的纤维素中;超临界CO2萃取和碱精练加工后,彩色棉纤维中色素的分布发生了显的变化。

Abstract:The modern test method of X-ray diffractometry and solid-state CP/MAS(cross polarization/magic angle spinning)13C NMR were used to research naturally colored cotton. It was shown that the coloring material in fiber affected crystallization of fiber. The degree of crystallization and dimension of crystallization would increase after coloring material was extracted. The coloring material in naturally colored cotton mainly distributed in cell, and some distributed in second cell wall. The distribution of colored material in naturally colored cotton would change remarkably after extracted with super critical CO 2 and scoured with alkali.
