改性聚酯纤维碱减量研究

摘    要:对共混改性聚酯纤维和阳离子可染改性共聚酯纤维的碱减量进行研究,并与常规聚酯纤维进行了对比,从温度、碱浓度、促进剂等方面对三种聚酯纤维的碱水解性能差异进行了分析,并用扫描电镜对减量后三种聚酯纤维的表面形态进行了观测和对比。结果表明,前二者要比后者易于水解,水解反应变化的程度与引入的官能团和共混组分有关。

Abstract:The rules of alkali peeling of blended modified polyester fiber and cationic dyeable copolyester fiber are studied, the results are compared with those of conventional polyester fiber. The difference of alkali hydrolysis among the three polyester fibers is expatiated from the aspects of temperature, alkali concentration and accelarant addition. Surface morphology of three fibers after alkali peeling is observed and compared by SEM(scanning electron microscope). The results show that the former two hydrolyze more easily than the latter one, the degree of hydrolysis mostly depends on the introduced groups and coblended components.
