| 摘 要： | 印染企业中的锅炉和定形机是能耗的主要设备。超导热管是高效的热交换元件,具有较好的节能优势。文中介绍了超导热管的原理和优点,阐述了超导热管在锅炉和定形机余热回收中的应用案例,实践证明,超导热管的余热回收可大大节约能耗,减少污染。

| Abstract: | Boiler and heat setting machine are main energy-consuming equipments in dyeing and printing mills. As a highly effective heat exchange element, the superconduction heat pipe has advantages of energy-saving. The principle and advantages of the heat pipe have been introduced. The application cases of the heat pipe to boiler and setting machine are also put forward. The results show that the energy conservation and pollution emission are greatly reduced through recovery of waste heat. |
