丝光碱缩工艺对竹原纤维纱线性能的影响

摘    要:通过对竹原纯纺纱线、竹原/棉混纺纱线进行丝光、碱缩工艺试验,研究此类纱线的强度、光泽、吸附性能、尺寸稳定性等随丝光、碱缩工艺变化的规律。研究结果表明,以200~250g/L NaOH在室温下处理2min,丝光时可维持原长;碱缩时适当控制张力,可获得强力适中尺寸、稳定的产品。

Abstract:In this paper, mercerization and alkali shrinkage of pure bamboo yarn and bamboo-cotton blended yarn were carried out. Based on trials, changes of the strength, luster, absorbability, and size stability of these yarns after mercerization and alkali shrinkage were researched. As a result, suitable strength and stable size products can be obtained under the condition of room temperature treating 2 min with NaOH 200 ~ 250 g/L.
