竹纤维的染色动力学性能研究

摘    要:选用直接菊黄G染料,研究了竹纤维染色动力学的几个参数,绘制了染色速率曲线,让明竹纤维的染色动力学特性优于棉纤维和粘胶纤维。在同一染色条件下,测定了染料对竹纤维、粘胶纤维和棉纤维在不同染色时间下的扩散系数D,结果表明,竹纤维的扩散系数较大,且随染色时间的增加而减小,随温度的增加而增大。由半染时间和平衡上染百分率综合考虑得出,扩散系数D比染色速率常数(K’)更能充分说明,染料对竹纤维的上染性能较棉和粘胶好。

Abstract:Dyeing dynamics of Direct Yellow G on bamboo fiber is studied, dyeing velocity curves are obtained. It is found that dyeing behaviors of bamboo fiber is superior to cotton and viscose fibers. The diffusion coefficients D, cotton fiber and viscose fiber under different time of dyes on bamboo fiber are determined. Results show that bamboo fiber features higher diffusion coefficient, and it will increase with the dyeing temperature increases while will decrease with dyeing time extension, Diffusion coefficient deduced from the half-dyeing time and equilibrium dyeing percentage, compared with dyeing velocity coefficient, illustrates that the dyeing behavior of the dyestuff is much better in bamboo fiber than in cotton and viscose fibers.
