| 摘 要： | 将三防整理剂Z-200应用于棉织物的防水、防油和防污整理,考察了整理工艺对整理效果的影响。结果表明,三防整理剂Z-200用量较低时,加入柔软剂可改善织物手感,且对整理效果的影响不大。三防整理剂Z-200应用性能稳定,且改善织物的色牢度。优化的整理工艺为:防水剂Z-200 30 g/L,柔软剂DM-39505 g/L,100℃烘干3 min,175℃焙烘1.5 min。

| Abstract: | Water-,oil-and soil repellent finish Z-200 is applied to cotton finishing.Effect of finishing process on cotton performance is discussed.The results show that with lower concentration of Z-200,the addition of softener can improve the handle of cotton fabric and have little influence on finishing result.Good application reproducibility and color fastness are also obtained.The optimum finishing process is determined as follows: Z-200 30 g/L,softener DM-3950 5 g/L,drying at 100 ℃ for 3 min,and curing at 175 ℃ for 1.5 min. |
