阳离子改性苎麻纤维的活性染料染色性能

摘    要:以自制阳离子改性剂SA对苎麻纤维进行改性,研究阳离子改性苎麻纤维的活性染料染色性能,包括上染百分率、固色率、上染速率、匀染性、移染性、表观深度和深染性等,并与碱改性和未改性苎麻纤维的染色性能进行对比。结果表明,阳离子改性苎麻纤维可在无盐条件下染色,上染百分率和固色率均较高,但匀染性及移染性变差。

Abstract:Cationic modification of ramie fiber was carried out, followed by reactive dyeing. Dyeing behaviors of modified ramie fiber were investigated, such as dye uptake, fixation, dyeing rate, apparent depth, deep dyeing and so on. Dyeing results were compared with those of control fiber and alkali modified fiber. It was said that cationic modified ramie features high dye uptake and fixation with salt free, but the levelness and migration are poor.
