涤、棉织物拒水拒油多功能整理的研究

摘    要:采用CTA-EC50有机氟拒水拒油剂对涤,棉织物进行拒水拒油整理,探讨了主要工艺参数,即整理剂和配套交联剂浓度,催化剂,焙烘温度和时间对整理效果的影响,并在此基础上得出优化工艺;此外,测试了织物整理前后的强力变化及增重率。试验结果表明,经整理后涤棉织物均可获得良好的拒水拒油性。

Abstract:CTA EC50, an organic fluorine water and oil repellent, was used to both polyester and cotton fabrics finishing. The influence of the concentration, baking temperature of CTA EC50 and its matching cross linking agent on the finishing results was investigated. The optimized parameters were obtained. The changes of fabric strength and weight were tested. It shows that CTA EC50 can exert better water and oil repellency on both polyester and cotton fabrics.
