摘    要:美国纳米纺织(Nano Tex)公司已经在纺织品市场上成功实现了拒水抗污产品从长链氟碳化学品向短链氟碳化学以及无氟化学的转变。介绍了Nano Tex公司生产的氟碳链上含6个碳的化合物和无氟化合物拒水抗污产品的功能特性、环保特性,包括这两类整理技术的主要助剂成分及配套助剂,以及 Nano Tex在确保产品质量所采取的策略。

New technique of soil repellent finish with Nano-Tex short-chain fluorocarbons
Abstract:Nano Tex has successfully transitioned water and stain repellent from long fluorocarbon chain chemistry to short fluorocarbon chain and fluorine free chemistry. The water and stain repellent function features of Nano Tex new C6 short fluorocarbon chain chemistry and fluorine free chemistry and their environmental friendly aspects are introduced in this paper. The chemical components and auxiliaries in these two kind of new finish technologies are presented, and an effective quality control strategy in water and stain repellent finish is also recommended.
