摘    要:以水溶性多元共聚酯(COPET)为海组分和聚酯(PET)为岛组分的海岛复合丝作基布的仿麂皮面料,其染整前处理中的开纤,即碱减量工艺至关重要。根据COPET的溶解性能以及与PET的差异,进行了开纤试验,探讨了碱溶液浓度、处理时间和温度等工艺条件对减量率的影响。

Abstract:The suede fabric is made from sea-island conjugated yarn which using water-soluble copolyester (COPET) as sea components and polyester as island component. The key step in pretreatment for suede manufacturing is the deweighting process. Based on the solubility of copolyester and the difference between the COPET and PET, the deweighting trials are carried out. Effects of alkali concentration, treating time and temperature on deweighting ratio are discussed.
