柠檬酸/乙二醇的棉织物抗皱整理

摘    要:以柠檬酸和乙二醇为原料制备无甲醛抗皱整理剂,研究柠檬酸与乙二醇以不同摩尔分数比(3:1,2:1和1:1),及在不同反应时间(1 h,0.5 h和0 h)下制备的合成树脂对棉织物整理效果的影响,并与单独柠檬酸整理效果进行比较.结果显示,优化的合成工艺为柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔分数之比为2:1,反应0.5 h;用该整理剂处理的织物白度和强力有改善,而折皱回复角略有下降,能够满足一般织物的抗皱整理要求.

Abstract:Formaldehyde-free resins were prepared with citric acid and glycol. Influences of mole ratio of citric acid to glycol (3:1,2:1 and 1:1) and reaction time (0, 0.5, 1 hour) on finishing results were discussed. It was shown that the optimum synthesis conditions were mole ratio of citric acid to glycol 2: 1, and reaction time 0.5 hour. Fabric treated with citric acid/gly-col had an increase in whiteness and strength, as well as a little decrease in WRA when compared with those with citric acid a-lone, which could meet the general requirements for anti-crease.
