生淀粉糖化酶产生菌Rhizopus OR-1UVN培养基优化的研究

摘    要:通过对菌株RhizopusOR 1UVN培养基优化 ,确定最佳发酵培养基是 :50g玉米粉 ,30g豆粕粉 ,4gNaNO3,1 0g麸皮 ,0 .5gMgSO4 ·7H2 O ,0 .5gZnSO4 ,1gK2 HPO4 ,1L水 ,从该菌株发酵过程曲线 ,发现大量产酶期在 40~ 48h ,生淀粉糖化酶量与熟淀粉糖化酶量的比率(RDA)为 0 75左右

Abstract:The optimal medium for raw starch enzyme producer-Rhizopus OR 1UVN was investigated. The optimal medium was established as follows(g/L):corn 50, soybean cake 30, NaNO 3 4,bran 10, MgSO 4·7H 2O 0.5, ZnSO 4 0 5, K 2HPO 4 1. The figures of fermentation process by Rhizopus OR 1UVN showed that the time of enzyme synthesis was from 40h to 48h and RDA (raw starch digesting ability) was 0.75.
