红曲霉的麦角固醇研究

摘    要:在红曲霉生理活性研究中,发现8株红曲霉分离株均能产生麦角固醇,其中Monascusanda625菌株100g干菌体可得2g左右,最高可达3g。产麦角固醇最适培养基为大米粉。发酵周期96h。粗提样品的麦角固醇紫外吸收值与标准样品一致。该菌株兼能产生红曲色素,发酵液色价可达100以上。

Abstract:n the researches of Monascus physiological active constituent,eight strains of Monascus were screened which porduce ergosterol. Typically, the strain Monascus anka 625 gives an ergosterol yield of to 2g/100g dry biomass and the maximum yield is 3g/100g dry biomass. Optimum medium, fermentation cycle and optimum PH for ergosterol production are rice powder, 96hr.and 5.5~7.0 respectively. The UV-absorption peak of the crude product by extraction and crystollization is the same as that of standard sample.Each strain above-mentionde can produce monascourubin simultaneously.The color standard of fermented filtrate can reach up to 100.
