| 摘 要： | 通过对大孔吸附树脂吸附马齿苋中黄酮特性的研究,以纯度和回收率为主要考察指标,讨论了影响马齿苋中黄酮分离纯化的几个主要因素。结果显示,HPD600大孔吸附树脂对马齿苋中黄酮有较好的吸附性能, 并在一定适宜的条件下,可以使粗提物的纯度得到了较大程度的提高。

| Abstract: | The absorption characteristic of macroporous resin to flavonoids from Portulaca Oleracea L was studied,mainly focused on the purity and yield.Some important factors which affected the putification were inves- tigated.The results showed that HPD-600 had better absorption property to flavonoids from PortulaCa OleraCea L.and under the appropriate conditions,the purity of the crude extract be improved. |
